I like how this tea is something that can help with keeping me healthier with the Moringa leaves. The bags are in a seal prove package so they are fresh and clean. They brew up to a mellow yellow color and have a bit of a grassy, spinach taste, but not in a bad way. They would be good with honey or sugar, which brings out the flavors better. It is not a strong tea and caffeine free, so a nice tea to have at night.

Fennel Salad

The moringa tea is delicious. The taste is mellow, lightly vegetal, and very soothing. Easy to drink a cuppa or two. I also love how it has only PAPER packaging and not plastic. I'm always hesitant of plastic tea bags due to microplastics and potential leaching PFAS into the tea. With these Gya Tea Co bags, I do not have to worry about that.

This is my first time trying Moringa tea that isn't in powder form which I really enjoyed as a milk tea. This tea is very easy to brew, it is very calming and comforting. It has an earthy and bitter note but the tea itself is quite mild and goes down very smooth. It reminds me a bit of green tea which I enjoy on a daily basis. There is a best by date of October 2027.

Moringa has been a part of our family's diet for many years because of all the health benefits it has. This moringa tea tastes just like moringa leaves (kind of a spinach taste) which I really enjoy. If you want to add some real moringa to your diet and enjoy the health benefits, I would highly recommend this tea.
