This tea taste as hibiscus tea should. It’s a bit like tart cherry, or cranberry. The brews is a nice reddish color. Hibiscus tea is tart so I prefer adding some sweetener to mine. These teabags don’t come with strings, which makes them nice for me for brewing a big batch in a mason jar to put in the fridge and drink overtime. I am happy with this tea and would order from this company again!bitter. So just right there with a pretty earthy taste that I like in herbal teas. I have had several cups so far and didn’t have to use honey to sweeten it up to drink it. I am looking forward to using this regularly and seeing if I notice any benefits.

I ordered these tea bags to get ready to try some creative mocktails in dry January. The tea comes in two sealed foil bags along with a small set of plastic tweezers underneath the two bags. The tea bags are small and the tea is pretty much ground rather than flowers, but when adding hot water, it immediately started to change color. I brewed longer than the suggested 3 minutes both because I like a stronger tea and because I always get busy and end up steeping for more like 10-15 minutes. Even with a long steep, the tea did not have a strong taste. I didn't notice the tartness I expect out of hibiscus when it was hot, but noticed it a little bit more as it cooled. This should be fine for my mocktail experiments and also when I want a mild cup of herbal tea.

I like the flavor, but I am confused about who makes this product and for whom and who is selling it. The seller here is in Hong Kong but on the package there are also entities in the Netherlands and London, so who knows. It also says it’s sourced from India. The tea bags are a bit messy. I transferred one bag of them to a glass jar to keep air tight for freshness.

The hibiscus tea came in perfect condition and the bags are split into two resealable tea bags. There is quite a lot of tea dust on the bags and there was some residue in the brewed tea. The bags had a good amount of tea in each and were easy to brew. The tea had a good, deep red color and clean hibiscus taste (except for a slight bitterness at the end of the cup). It didn't have a strong floral/hibiscus scent, but I enjoyed the tea overall.
