I absolutely LOVE this butterfly pea flower tea. You get a ton in this box so you can make a lot of cups of tea. The flowers are dried very well and you only need about two teaspoons for a 6-8oz cup of tea. The flavor is fantastic, I really enjoy the floral but not in any flower you are used to taste.

The tea itself is quite nice it has an earthy flavor and aroma to it. I enjoyed mine just plain or with a little bit of honey and lemon either way is good for me. The color is quite astounding it's a bright blue color depending on how much of the flower you use it can be a deeper blue. If you add any acid ( like lemon ) the blue becomes purple right in front of your eyes.

The flowers themselves are nicely dried, and smell very fresh. On their own, they don't have much of a flavor when brewed into tea. It's just a little earthy, but not really distinctive. After adding some lemon, it turned to a lovely mystical magenta colored tea.

This tea definitely has an amazing blue color and looks very unusual. The flavor is not very potent, but definitely earthy, with no sweetness and no bitter after tones. I ended up adding just a touch of honey to my tea to get some flavor out of it.
