I’ve been curious about the flavor and benefits of ashwagandha for a while now and wanted to try this tea. I figured if I don’t like it, I can always add honey to sweeten it.

This tea comes in a great paper package with a bag that ensures the tea stays fresh (one can clamp the inside bag shut tight).

The ashwagandha seems to be ground into powder and is inside a fabric looking bag. Although it is finely ground, I did not notice any residue on the bottom of my cup though, which I appreciate because I don’t like to drink gritty things.

The flavor isn’t necessarily sweet but it also isn’t bitter. So just right there with a pretty earthy taste that I like in herbal teas. I have had several cups so far and didn’t have to use honey to sweeten it up to drink it. I am looking forward to using this regularly and seeing if I notice any benefits.

This is a great tea. The flavor is sweet and earthy. The quality is very good, it's dried and crushed to a fine powder for maximum potency.

This type of herb you have to allow it to build up in the body for max health benefits. I did not notice any ill effects but i only had a couple cups so far.

Each serving is individually packaged in its own tea bag. The tea bags do not have a string attached to them, however.

Let steep for boiling hot water for 4 to 8 minutes. The longer you steep the more you will extract from the tea.
It's a great product. I would highly recommend it.

Organic product in lovely packaging. The downside is that the bags are very flimsy, don’t try to squeeze them out or they will break. The manufacturer provided tweezers to take the bags out of the water

Just what you would expect from an Ashwagandha tea. No surprises, just good flavor and smell.

Not bad!, I was a bit disappointed that the box was very damaged on arrival but overall the taste was good.
