Lavender Chamomile Lemonade Tea

Here’s what you need:
● 1 Cup of Water
● 1 Teaspoon Dried Lavender Tea OR 1 Lavender Tea Pod
● 1 Tablespoon Dried Chamomile Flowers
● 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice (About 1/2 Lemon)
● 1/2 Cup Cold Water
● 1-2 Tablespoon Honey OR Maple Syrup (To Taste)
For Garnish
● Lemon Slice
● Fresh Lavender Sprig
It’s time to brew!
Step 1
Prep the Lemonade
- Combine ingredients: In a small glass or cup, mix the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey or maple syrup. Stir until the sweetener is dissolved.
- Add cold water: Pour in 1/2 cup of cold water and mix well.
Step 2
Brew the the Lavender and Chamomile Tea
- In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat.
- Add the dried lavender tea and chamomile. Let the mixture steep for about 10-15 minutes.
- After steeping, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the lavender and chamomile.
- Alternatively, put 1 Lavender Tea Pod into Keurig machine. Select 6oz for the brew.
Step 3
Mix everything together
- Combine Tea and Lemonade: Pour the brewed lavender and chamomile tea into the lemonade mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Add Sweetener: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Add Garnish: If desired, garnish with a lemon slice and a fresh lavender sprig or edible flowers for a decorative touch.
