● 1/2 Ripe Mango, Diced

● 1 Passionfruit, Halved

Optional

● Sweetener of Choice

● Ice Cubes

● Rosemary

● Lemon Slices

It’s time to brew!

Step 1

Prep the ingredients

  • Prep the mango : Dice half of the ripe mango into small cubes and set aside. If you want a smoother texture, you can also blend the mango to create a puree.

Step 2

Brew the Earl Grey Tea

  • In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat.
  • Add the Earl Grey tea leaves and steep for 3-5 minutes. Longer steeping will result in a stronger flavor.
  • Strain the tea leaves if using loose tea.
  • Alternatively, put 1 Earl Grey Tea Pod into your Keurig machine. Select 6oz for the brew.

Step 3

Mix everything together

  • Add Passionfruit: While the tea is still warm, scoop out the pulp of the passionfruit into the brewed tea. Stir gently to combine.
  • Add Mango and Sweetener: add mango to the tea mixture. Stir in honey or sweetener if desired.
  • Add Garnish: Garnish your tea with a slice of lemon or a sprig of rosemary if desired.

For a refreshing twist, serve it over ice in a glass, or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Here’s to a delightful Mango Passion Fruit Tea — enjoy!
